Whatever licence they have got, it's definitely not a Ofcom licence, iv'e checked Ofcom's complete list of cable and Satellite channels that they licence, and Babestation isn't on the list .

The limits of any licence are only relevant if the channel in question wishes to put them to task.

l don't think there has been or will be any change to the licensing at BS. From what they said on FV recently it doesn't seem like there needs to be. BS are just going to apply their own limits as they choose.

Yes, I don’t remember Cellcast taking anything like full (potential) advantage of their Dutch license, even before the tame down of the last couple of years, let alone in 2015.

However, though there was no one of particular interest over the last couple of nights, I did record TS1, just to see if there was to be a continuation of the FV exclusive - Olivia & Candy both seemed to 'up their game' for a short time, which I assume was only on FV, with some hand panty CL that, if anything, went further than Lori's last Saturday (Candy in particular); it does seem that this all too brief section is the best hope of any 'action' on Tamestation these days, but do we have a definitive explanation as to the licensing arrangements at the moment, that might explain this, or is the conclusion that it is just some kind of (presumably commercial) decision by Cellcast?

I hope that, tonight, Lori is given the same leeway, and cameraman (who seemed noticeably less shit-scared than most), that Candy had last night!
