I can give you a first hand report that Bang Babes at that time and no doubt all the other channels now have systems in place which tell them how much an hour each girl brings in from callers that actually get through to talk the girls ,callers who hang up because of the waiting time and callers who just listen in. So it is not the case of who gets the most screen time to bring in the most money. At this time it was the same cost to phone any of the 3 Bang Babes channels.
I had taken this Bang Babe girl out for lunch and she said that Bang Babes were going to sack the 2 girls with the lowest previous months caller stats which were due out that day.
During the course of our lunch one of the other BB girls phoned my lunch time date to say she had been sacked but fortunately the girl opposite me stats were good and she was safe from the "cull"
We all have our favorite girls which we like to see on the screen but for the bosses of the channels it is just a case of who makes them the most money

Whats going on BS1 Caty hasnt had a phone ever since she started. Are BS just taking the mickey now, first it was logging phone in and out now it seems they've removed phones out of the equation.
