I am normally the eternal optimist when it comes to England games, but I'm disillusioned recently, despite all this new young talent I just can't see us creating enough chances to win games.

Milner alongside Gerrard? Henderson is vital to the way Gerrard plays these days. Any Liverpool fan will tell you that

Reckon brazil will win it but i'd love to see argentina win it with messi havin a great tournament. Wouldn't be surprised to see England not make it out of the group. The Italians usually raise their game big time once the big tournaments begin and Uruguay look a very dangerous side. Not long now cant wait for it to start!

yeah but im thinking its 60 mins gerrard will be knackered and will have to be subbed and do you really want henderson alone in the midfield cant see the italians being scared of him bossing the midfield

my plan would be to be replace gerrard with wiltshire then Sterling and Barclay come on cant see henderson being as effective as milner in the defensive role

What player wouldn't be both incredible footballers? His goal scoring record for argentina in the last 2-3 yrs has been outstanding with a hat trick against brazil in there as well. This is his time to shine (hopefully).
