Would agree totally if they do make another statement, then I Would hope there is an apology to those who were affected by this episode.

An apology could be seen as an admission of responsibility, hence the use of "regret" in the statement.

Someone wasn't fired which seems like XP haven't taken many of the allegations seriously enough for my liking

Even if they have terminated the contract of the main instigator/central figure of the allegations, it does seem the move hasn't gone far enough to make you think things will be better as a working environment for the babes.

What they have done isn't enough, an apology as mentioned would be another good step, but getting rid of that asshole will be a huge relief for the remaining babes and make life better. Well Done to India for coming forward and starting this and to all the other babes that added to the momentum and allowed justice to be served.

When you have staff which I would guess is around 80 - 85% female you expect some support from staff behind the scenes. To my mind guys, the last thing you would expect to happen is a female who is herself a bully when you'd want someone there to be a source of support.

If Ken has gone, then I would hope he ends up in low paid job and never working in a female dominated working environment again, but to dismiss 1 bully, and allow the other to continue working is not right both should have been gone. XP would make life that much better if they were to put out a statement of apology to past and present babes and give them the assurances that things will improve.

Maybe the other one resigned. Much better to be able to spin a resignation as (let's try business buzzwords) "seeking a new challenge" rather than sacked and questioned why. Don't forget most jobs require your previous employer as a reference.

I think by speaking out India has improved working conditions at XP for the better, and hopefully has shown other workplaces that if needed women's working conditions need to be improved.
