If she was on the phone while talking to the cameraman etc that's a problem, but she's not too likely to start sucking her own toes while she's not on call; you have to ring in and ask if you want to see that sort of thing.

A few times I have phoned in and been put on hold, only to be cut off and at £1.53/minute !!!

That's what puts me off calling...
