Bill S.978 : Idiotic?

Basically, this makes downloading films, games, TV shows and music without copyright permission a crime in the USA. It also would make the majority of content on Youtube illegal.

How can this even be enforced? They can't arrest an army of teenagers and lock them up for 5 years because they posted a video on Youtube with a copyrighted song in the background. If it's passed, it'll just show how crazy our little brother America really is
