We have 2 prediction competitions, firstly for the time of the first goal scored on Sunday night in the World Cup match between Mexico and Netherlands. We don't need to know which player or which team scores the goal, just the time in the match that it's scored (in minutes and seconds).

Each entrant is allowed to make 2 predictions in this competition and the winner will be the entrant who has one of his predictions closest to the actual time of the first goal scored. You can also predict as one of your 2 choices that no goals will be scored in the Mexico-Netherlands match.

The second competition is to predict the time of the first red or yellow card shown by the referee in the same match. Again, each entrant is allowed to make 2 predictions and the winner will be the entrant who has one of his predictions closest to the actual time of the first card shown. You can also predict as one of your 2 choices that no cards will be shown by the referee in the Mexico-Netherlands match.

In tonight's match Brazil managed to concede a very quick goal and earn a very quick yellow card too, but that didn't fool all of our predictors as we have competition winners who were very close to those early times. The first goal winner is jumbo_jim and the first card winner is geordiewanker and they both win a pass for Shebang TV's show on Sunday 13th.
