Regarding the casino advertising and whatever they are getting out of it, something needs sorting out. As I view the channels on Sky, can anyone tell me if the ads go out on the web. If not, then it is a bad policy to put them on when a girl has a caller, who is bringing in revenue. If there happens to be a constant stream of callers and money is coming in through them, do they need to be shown at all, as in the past, and if they must be shown for whatever reason, then at least have the decency to try and put them on between calls.

I have phoned in the past and, obviously, one caller will not make one bit of difference to them, but no more money will be coming their way from me.

I agree that the adverts are a total mess and a guaranteed way to alienate callers and viewers. I don't know for sure but I suspect they are injected into the live programming from a preset automatic schedule which can't be altered on the fly if the girl is on a call. A fundamental flaw in the system.

That may be the case, but I have seen them at different times on other days, and they were all in the middle of calls.

Disgraceful contempt for the customer.

I suppose a victim could complain to Ofcom that they were paying extortionate fees for a product supposed to be a chat-and-visual wanking assistance service provided by RLC but instead were paying circa £2 per minute to watch casino ads?!?!?
