Spider-Man: No Way Home

I enjoyed it but didn’t love it, first half was a bit boring and cringey but when the other version of our hero turn up that’s when the movie kicks into gear.

Prey

Predator prequel, set in the 1700s, with a young Native American hero.

Not bad. Not great, but not bad.

Hellraiser (2022)

Very good remake of the classic horror film of the same name with plenty of blood & gore as well as great special effects

8/10

The Big 4. Not exactly THE NIGHT COMES FOR US but still enough ultraviolence and comedic moments to keep things going could have done with it being 30 mins shorter as that runtime seemed a bit unnecessary. A solid 3/5 stars

Sonic The Hedgehog

The Flash reference was cool and Jim Carrey was hilarious. Next up the sequel.

Avatar: The Way of Water

Just got back from watching this and I went the whole hog with this movie by watching it at an IMAX Cinema in 3D. I basically had to be dragged kicking and screaming by some relatives to watch this because it's just something that never really appealed to me, but how much was I wrong! Rolleyes.

The special effects, sound, 3D effect and action sequences (when viewed in 3D) are just jaw-droppingly amazing! Although the film does go on for a staggering 3 Hours and 12 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing.

I felt it did get slightly bogged down in the middle of the movie when the two tribes (The Sully family and The Metkayina tribe) first meet and each tribe is trying to adapt to the other tribe, it perhaps does go a bit slow for a while at this point, but it still has amazing 3D parts to it, especially some of the underwater scenes Smile.

Overall better than I was expecting and it's definitely worth a look in 3D imo Smile.

8.5/10
