Formulaic revenge/vigilante movie.

Jenifer Garner is Riley North. A timid suburban mom who sees her husband and young daughter gunned down in the street by the local drugs gang. The hitmen escape justice due to a corrupt courtroom and she's carted off to a psychiatric hospital.
She escapes and disappears completely off the grid.

5 years later she resurfaces, having morphed into John Wick's long lost sister. You can probably guess the rest...

Apparently the critics panned it, but I enjoyed it. I think maybe they expect too much from this type of film. Just sit back and enjoy the body count

Like an origin story to the previous two films? it was slow to begin with, almost gave up with it, then it kicked into gear, still mediocre though
