The Day the Earth Stood Still (remake) - ch4 last night - 5 out of 10

Very disappointing. Special FX were ok, but the plot was very poor compared with the old original film (1951) starring Michael Rennie.

sucker punch extended cut and ???? wtf is it about lol... action sequences are great. sexy and well done... some of the girls just hold a weapon so ....... erm!....... well.
but the story.... is there a story. its like sum1 dropped acid and peaked 4 or 5 times. total incoherency... 5/10 for it as a whole 7/10 for the action.

Despicable Me - 8/10 very entertaining animated film, very funny in places.

Makes me want my own little yellow minions.

King Kong (remake) - 4/10, it was quite stupid imo. Then again, what can I expect from a film about a giant gorilla?

green lantern, a good entertaining comic book film. what i liked the most was it was a nice change from the dark and moody comic book films that are in fashion at the moment
