Shazam.

A fun little movie. Not a classic by any means but much much better than Khal Drogo goes Swimming... Err sorry I mean Aquaman.

Only 3 things in life are certain. Death, Taxes and lesbians will never look how they do in porn movies.

Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw.

Think of this as a action comedy, the outstanding thing about the movie is the love/hate relationship between Hobbs and Shaw and the chemistry between Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham with the characters constantly trying to out do each other. The jokes work really well in the movie, Vanessa Kirby was also fantastic in the movie as Shaw’s sister being able to hold her own the jokes and action she can more then take care if her self which you find out why in flashbacks.
Idris Elba does a decent job as the villain Brixton Lore or Black Superman as he likes to be called lol but won’t be a classic movie villain. Helen Mirren was also great in the movie too and very funny too.
As with any Fast and Furious film there’s tons of action which can be pretty brutal at times and of course the car scenes by now you know that car scenes are so over the top that’s it’s totally unrealistic but you just go along with the fun of the movie. I do like we find out more about Shaws past and understand why he did what he did in the previous movies and isn’t really bad at all and his link with Brixton Lore, also Hobbs you find out some stuff with his past which was touching you could tell all the cast were having fun. The only negatives I had was the action especially the car sequences were a bit over the top and I think the movie was a little too longer and a one note villain. If you liked Fast and Furious 7 & 8 then you’ll like this film. Watch out for two cameo roles from two actors both very especially the first one all I can is linked with Marvel and other one comedy and a certain WWE wrestler. There’s three post credit scenes so stay behind during and after the credits even tho the credits are bloody long lol.

Sky Movies: Johnny English Strikes Again. Rowan Atkinson is back! The bumbling MI7 agent is back for a third mission and we find him teaching stealth and other techniques to a group of kids at a school where he is a teacher(retired from the Service) After a cyber attack which renders all the agents compromised HE is the only one left that can save London and the world. Along with his sidekick Bough(Jeremy) he sets out to stop an American businessman destroying the Internet. There are sight gags, prat falls and some you can see coming a mile off but all of them are funny, however if you liked Rowan Atkinson's first two films AND his Mr Bean stuff then this is for you; a virtual reality scene is probably inspired, but you can see what will happen, it doesn't tax the brain. Emma Thompson is the Prime Minister(obviously modelled on Theresa May) Sit back, disengage your brain and have a good laugh. I'd rate it 8/10. Watch out for three cameos from distinguished actors(Sir Michael Gambon, Charles Dance and Edward Fox) Johnny English pokes gentle fun at us and others but it worth watching alone for the beautiful Aston-Martin Vantage he drives(which was actually his own car)Smile

LIVERPOOL-Champions League & UEFA Super Cup AND

Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood (2019) i was watching this movie and i was hoping all the time that it would start feel like a Tarantino movie and only the last 6 minutes had that style.

Mortal Engines 7/10 - better than expected post apocalyptic blockbuster, predictable story but it looks and sounds amazing.

Killer Elite

Starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Robert De Niro and Dominic Purcell (from Legends of Tomorrow and Prison Break). Inspired by a true story it’s action thriller with lots of twists and turns.
