Identity Thief

Jason Bateman & Malissa McCarthy star in what I would describe as a luke warm comedy.
It had it's moments but not enough for me to really recommend it to any degree.
A take it or leave it film imo.

Cloud Atlas

Another disappointing movie imo.
Described as a Sci-Fi Epic, I would say, An hour to long, I mean a sat through this only to discover (I'm paraphrasing) One door closes, Another one opens (Watch & you'll see what I mean)
I was constantly finding myself being irritated by the dodgy prosthetic facial make up/mask and ropey accents.
In all honesty, this movie does have moments & visually is very nice, but I can't help being a little disappointed.
Tom Hanks & Halle Berry star in this Epic (To Long) movie.

War Inc 7.5/10.

Green Lantern: First Flight, great DC animated movie 9/10.

John Carter 7/10 Every time I see this I wonder why it flopped at the cinema. It has all the ingredients bar a big name movie star. Still, it's an enjoyable romp based on the classic Edgar Rice Burroughs stories.

Totally agree, a vastly underrated film.

The Hobbit: Desolation Of Smaug, so far the film this evening and really enjoyed it was much better then the first one even in 3D it was a lot better this time around. Loads of action and fav part of the film the barrel scenes and the death scenes were even very funny too 9/10.

The Negotiator - 7/10

Argo (2012)

I think Ben Affleck may be a better director than he is actor. Here though - he's great at both. I was very impressed by the attention to detail that the film showed and the nerve shredding tension created by Affleck's direction and performance makes for an all round excellent film. Thoroughly deserved all the awards it scooped earlier this year, including of course the best picture gong at the Oscars. 5/5
