Australian and Indian teams to get out of their groups and into the semis. As its in South Africa the timings will be good over here so I shall probably watch the evening games. Half watched the competition last year what with having the Somerset interest but obviously due to it being on the same time as the conclusion to our season we have no one there, of course Somerset would of been there again this year too Top Day Babes currently: Mikaela Witt, Amy Lu, Paige Phillips, Keira Knight, Belle, Electra, Jasmine Jones, Tashie Jackson, Charlie C, Franki, Hannah P, Nina Leigh, Terrie Hawkes, Lucy Kemp and Angela

Top Night Babes currently: Paige Turnah, Daisy Dash, Yasmine James, Ella Jolie, Lucy Zara, Ava Blue, Jennifer Jade, Jenna Hoskins, Savannah Mai, Sophia Knight

Highveld Lions 186/5 off 20 overs
Jonathan Vandiar top scored with 71

Mumbai Indians 177/6 off 20 overs

Sachin Tendulkar top scored with 69

Highveld Lions won by 9 runs

Highveld Lions lost a few wickets early on but Jonathan Vandiar and Neil McKenzie put 64 runs for the 4th wicket and after that Neil showed his experience by scoring quick runs during the latter overs of the game. Mumbai Indians had a fantastic start to their innings putting 83 runs for the 1st wicket but then once they lost Sachin and Kieron in the middle overs then the Highveld Lions restricted the boundaries and gave singles to the lower order Mumbai Indians batsmens.

Wayamba Elevens 153/9 off 20 overs
 Top scored Kulatunga 59

 Warriors 156/3 off 18.2 overs

 Top scored Mark Boucher 40

 Warriors won by 7 wickets

Wayamba got off to a terrible start by losing 2 wickets for just 2 runs however Kulatunga and Perera put 60 runs for the 4th wicket but once Kulatunga departed the rest fell like dominoes. The Warriors lost an early wicket but then it was bread and butter for the rest of the innings.

Chennai Super Kings 151/4 off 20 overs
 Top scorer Badrinath 52

Central Stags 94 all out off 18.1 overs

 Top scorer Doug Bracewell 30

Chennai Super Kings won by 57 runs

Chennai Super Kings got off to a woeful start by losing 3 wickets for 40 runs and going at less then 5 an over however Badrinath and Anirudha put on 73 runs for the 4th wicket and after that Albie Morkel scored some quick runs to boost the score. Central Stags were shambolic really not a lot to say about them apart from they fielding.

South Australia Redbacks 178/6 off 20 overs
 Top scorer Michael Klinger 78

Highveld Lions 167/8 off 20 overs

 Top scorer Alviro Petersen

South Australia Redbacks won by 11 runs

South Australia had a slow start to their innings however a good partnership between Klinger and Ferguson which was worth 97 runs for the 3rd wicket. Highveld Lions were pretty much ahead of South Australia on run rate but what cost them was losing too many wickets at regular intervals.
