if jt was not an overpaid and wag shagger premier league footballer he would have been suspended from work (paid or unpaid) while the police and the company he works investigate the allegations. so in this case he is captain of chelsea and england which are part of his job therefore he would have been stripped of both. since he is an overpaid wag shagger premier league footballer employment law does not matter.

if i was the judge i would sentence to a jail term and have cellmate called big daddy who likes his rent paid from front and from the rear.

Why? J.T hasn't been found guilty as yet so why strip him of captaincy? Just because there is an on-going investigation and you have been charged it doesn't mean you're guilty.

I agree with Money Shot, he has yet to found guilty hearing so he can't be stripped of anything unless he was found guilty. Even so the sentence he would get would be laughable but then there would be extra penalties from the FA after the case I expexct a similar ban to be put in place for him like it was for Suarez, maybe even longer.

Regarding the outrage from fellow Premier League managers in relation to the hostility to both Kean and the owners from the Blackburn supporters whilst having no hard evidence I suspect that Rovers supporters can see the club going the way of Leeds and Portsmouth. Even as an outsider something doesn't sit right with the situation so while it may be over the top at times you can see the supporters point.

Managers come and go; owners come and go; but the supporters remain.

I don't think there would be the hostility if Blackburn were just playing shit and the club was trying to do something about it and not letting it drift but it seems that neither the owners or the management are willing to face the hard questions.

the supporters are not having at the players as the players performances are quite good but not getting the results. at times (most of the time) kean looks like he is treading water in the middle the ocean and if the rumour is true that the owners think you cant be relegated from the premier league then this club in trouble not just from relegation also going bust. apparently barclays need the venkys to put £10m into the clubs bank account in order to get credit. surely the fit and proper persons test they (league, fa and football league) have needs to be more stricter.
