Half way through the second half of todays matches and there hasn't been one goal. And the Utd v Liverpool match ended goaless.
I'm bored senceless.

We'll take that nil-nil point-we've not drawn with Man Utd since the 1990's but then Solksjaer is no Ferguson is he.
I think there are two songs that might sum up Mauricio-
Who's Sarri Now? and Sarri Seems to be the hardest word - after that he has to be candidate for a sacking. I also think that Man City will NOT do a quadruple. There is no way that they can win the Champions League should they make it to the final...but in this game, never say never...I remain to be convinced they will do it.

Question is will Sarri get the sack before Kepa gets the drop?

Substitution procedure
The names of the substitutes must be given to the referee before the start of the match. Any substitute not named by this time may not take part in the match.

To replace a player with a substitute, the following must be observed:
the referee must be informed before any substitution is made
the player being substituted receives the referee’s permission to leave the field of play, unless already off the field
the player being replaced is not obliged to leave on the halfway line and takes no further part in the match, except where return substitutions are permitted
if a player who is to be replaced refuses to leave, play continues
The substitute only enters:
during a stoppage in play
at the halfway line
after the player being replaced has left
after receiving a signal from the referee

The rule concerning this needs to be changed after the situation at Wembley

It's there in black and white in the rules, but clearly once it is on the board then surely the substitution has to happen?
There is no way you could get any player off if they refuse to be substituted, unless they make it a red card offence to refuse a substitution.

Many on 606 said Kepa should never play again and I do agree but how the hell can they replace him, when they are barred from the next two transfer windows?

As long as the substitute doesnt enter the field of play then no sub has happened ref couldnt do anything but let the game carry on
