I think my sarcasm bypassed you somewhat. I was alluding to the fact a student of route 1 football managed to show how poor Liverpool were today. If Liverpool win their next game though I'm sure the fans will be behind the manager once again

Burnley may not win anything this season but they are chasing the record regarding failing to score. It's now 9 halves without scoring and 7 halves where the opposition haven't scored. (does anyone know what the record is)

Things will change when the stiking partnership of Ings and Vokes are fit again.

I'm not behind Rodgers, never have been convinced by him.. he is naive and some of his decisions are beyond common sense.. here is one for you against Villa..

He thought he needed to "protect" Sterling our most creative and brightest player who is 19 by resting him because there was 2 games in a week.. yet he plays Gerrard who is 35 in both games...

here is another against man city..

With Lucas and Emre Can on the bench for all the people to mark Yaya Toure he plays one of the smallest players in the league Joe Allen...

Not to mention his long list of average players he has spent over £200m on that have offered next to nothing..
