Unless your name is Brendan Rodgers then you would rather Buy Iago Aspas, Rickie Lambert, Fabio Borini, Joe Allen, Luis Alberto, Dejan Lovren, Ousamma Assaidi, Lazar Marcovic... just to name a few..

I'll give you Aspas & maybe Alberto but Lambert has looked alright in his few appearances Assaidi played 12 times and also looked alright but then didn't play after Christmas for some reason , Allen's solid , Borini proved he can pretty good last season and for Lovren and Markovic , well none of our defenders have looked spectacular and I think this sums Markovic's situation very well : http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/foo...lt-8010386

How has lambert looked alright? In what way, he's one of the slowest players I've seen, looks unfit, hardly gets any touches and when he does he either can't reach the ball or he trips over...

Joe Allen £15 million to make a 5 yard sideways pass, which he messes up half the time and gives the ball away, can't take a player on..

Borini, Tries hard... I could try hard.. doesn't mean I should be Striker for Liverpool... Last year he scored a few penalties for sunderland.. Cleary not wanted here as we tried to sell him but nobody would pay the price we wanted for him or his wages..

And as for Lovren he has been responsible for most of our goals with his mistakes, Says a lot when southampton sell him us for £20m and since he's been gone they have only conceded 5 goals.... they must be laughing at us.. same with Lallana, he's hardly offered anything...

Marcovic, well i saw him a lot last season in the Portuguese league and whoever decided he is worth £25m needs their head looking at, Oscar cost chelsea £25m & they paid £26m for Fabregas, why on earth are we paying £25m for players like Marcovic and Lallana?

It doesn't help him either when we have a manager constantly playing him in the wrong positions...
