Transfer deadline day is looming and it doesn't seem that Liverpool are going to sign anyone else. The speculation linking us with Cavani and Falcao has died down which is disappointing. An experienced defensive midfielder would also be useful and a goalkeeper to compete with Mignolet. At the moment it seems the club is just selling. Seeing talented young players like Peterson, Robinson and Kelly leave is disappointing esp Kelly who was on a good run in the team till injury struck. Allowing Ibe and Wisdom to be loaned out is also strange. They would have been useful to have in the squad and I think Wisdom is already as good as Glen Johnson at Right back.

I think alex song would have been a good one to get on loan, gerrad doesn't have the pace that a defensive mf needs, we're shipping alot of goals since he moved to that role.
