Rodgers on Suarez:

"I don't want to set a deadline or put a date on it but this is not something that will run too long," he told the Liverpool Echo.

"We are totally in control of the situation. It is one where we don't have to sell. He has got three years left on his contract.

"We are prepared to get some players in and spend money without having to sell Luis Suarez. The reality is that we have had one offer.

Been impressed how Rodgers has dealt with the Suarez situation. Sounds like there's no clause in the contract.

What? Why?.... Stupid decision.. What use is that?

He'll play a full season at Napoli then sign for Barcelona next season when Valdes' leaves I reckon. He'll be worth more to Liverpool after playing a season in Serie A and Champions league than he would having sat on our bench for a season.
