I would play skrtel any day of kolo toure, i dont understand why we sign him for? He is 32 and on high wages and not really fit fsg plans or our style of play?

I do feel sorry for you lads and I'm surprised that a club of Liverpool's stature are going to lose £23million on a player and replace a legend with an old, overweight lazy sod.

Toure's a good addition in my book.

He adds experience and a winners mentality. Multiple title winner with Arsenal and City, we could use someone like that in the dressing room with all the young lads we have around. Word is he's taking a decent pay cut to play for us.

We've just brought in two of the top scouts in the country Andy Sayer and Kevin Hunt (Both from Man City) Those lads must have recommended Kolo Toure to Rodgers. That's good enough for me.

If he had nothing left to give he wouldn't be coming to play for Liverpool.
