Id like to see us give Assaidi a bit of a chance now Suarez is out and the season nearly over, I genuinely think he is a real talent, do any of you know why he isn't getting any games?

Not sure mate. He was fasting when he signed for us I think? Had a few niggly injuries as well. Always think back to West Brom away in league cup, he was brilliant that night, a proper winger.

Think if he was in the long term plans he'd have played more by now to be fair.

We have a way to go to reach this level yet.

Eriksen would be a good buy for Liverpool, but I hear Borussia Dortmund are interested in him as well as a replacement for Gotez.

Honestly though it will be a great game. I think we can at least get a draw in this game. I think with Suarez not playing, it gives our defence a better chance of keeping out Liverpool although I think Coutinho, Sturridge and Gerrard are still good players for us to be wary of.

Another magical last minute winner from Cisse would do nicely.

A win for us and a defeat for Wigan would make me a very happy man indeed

I like to see the game played like that Fernandez, old fashioned simple effective football. Imagine him doing that knocking balls up for Carroll.

That's what Kenny had in mind when he bought Downing and Carroll.

I personally like the way Rodgers is trying to imply but is always good to see a mixture of the two styles to keep things fresh. Against teams like stoke this year we could have done with carroll type player just for the defending of corners which we really need to improve on a lot.

Would you consider Samba from QPR if they are relegated?

There's talk of Carra putting off his retirement for one more season, don't think it's as certain as before.

Martin Kelly looks a good centre back in the making, hope he gets a chance in the position next season.

I was thinking samba to replace Carra if he retired just for a bit of presence when jamie is gone, i hope he stays playing for another year though, I do like Coates myself and would like him to get a nice run in the squad to show Rodgers what he can do, I just think that game he had against Oldham and Anji didn't put him in a good light to Rodgers. Really do hope he gets another chance too though.
