Wouldn't mind Walcott but for me Sturridge is massively overated and definitely not not worth £6 mil let alone £12 mil. As for Michu he's only had half a season in the Premier League and while he's doing well at he moment he could go cold just like Demba Ba did last season , we've also singed a striker before after only one good season and look where that's got us and Andy Carroll.

I would love to see Walcott at Anfield (if we can get him for a decent price) but I hope we don't go for Sturridge - don't rate him at all.

I dont think it matters who we buy up front, until we stop fucking about with the ball at the back under buck rogers "philosophy" giving away shit goals we have no hope were currently 9 years away from 4th never mind 9 points.

Looking at our teams performance so far today it's blatently clear the lack of quality we have. Allen another total waste of money not performing, Stuart Downing possibly one of the worst players i've seen in a long long time, doesn't even deserve to make the bench of the reserves,where ever he plays he's a reliability. Sterling far too light weight hasn't got the strength to be playing against west ham. Joe Cole, least said about him the better, Gerrard, Past it...

Brendan rogers... well i fail to see what runs through his head sometimes. Moving Downing to leftback with the likes of coates and carragher on the bench Coates is strong and physical and could handle the power of west ham, Carragher one of the most experienced defenders in the league, but instead he'd rather put the most unreliable player on the pitch in defence.

Iv'e really had enough this season. Wouldn't be suprised if the likes of suarez, agger, skrtel, johnson hands a transfer request in in january or next season. We are a shambles.

There's definitely far to many square pegs in round holes and your bang on about Downing & Cole (to many false dawns with those two)
January transfer window can't come quick enough.
And as I speak,Cole gets an equalizers.
Topping it off,square peg in round hole,Shelvey up top,gets the winner....
