There's nothing in the rules to say that Freeview has to be tamer. Cellcast just make their channels tamer on Freeview because that's how they want it. They won't say why. Besides, Xtreme is encrypted and so isn't bound by the same rules as the free-to-air channels.

It can be more hardcore than the normal Babestation shows because it is encrypted and pay to view.

thing is its not hard core, its implied hardcore. basically all the HC has been edited out in 1 way or another. all there promises of it gets much harder after encryption is bullshit, so plz dont fall for it.
Xtame can be harder??? than babestation, because babestation and all the other fta channels (whether on sky or FV) are rated 16 adult avisory, the so-called but mislabeled hardcore encrypted channels are rated 18 not R-18.
there is no difference what is broadcast on sky is of the same strength as broadcast on FV they all have to adhere to the bbc licensing regulations no matter what platform there on.

Unlike Ofcom the BBFC actually have proper guidelines. If they had vague waffle like must adhere to generally accepted standards, taking account of channel, audience expectations, time, rambling previous judgements and qualative inconclusive surveys they would never be out of court.

They `were `until a few weeks ago,far more explicit than any of the Sly channels that purvey to be` hardcore `
The fact of the matter is,that now they are shitting their pants and have even started to censor previously broadcast programmes,since all this shite about Ofcom bastards changing once again the goal posts.
I would advise everyone that reads the threads to let all of the people that they know,how much more censored the channels are now.

I am afraid that the BBC would not show such American crap films after 9pm because of the complaints they would get for promising "hard core" sex and then not delivering - we licence payers like to get what has been promised.

Obviously LameStation has no such worries or concerns about miss-describing their output.

Pause for a second as to how the on screen girls feel about promising the best porn on telly, and then delivering what could sometimes best be described as a girl lying down in matching bra and pants from dear old M&S. I can't wait for the next season of Wish You Were Here to see if we now get censored beach shots from the BBC !!!

Last nights live show was the most censored one I have ever seen,what a bag of shite this channel has turned into
