think people are over worrying now about existing elite nightbabes getting shifts cut down cause of recent additions. charlie will have perfectly ordinary reasons why she's not on much at the moment and 99% wont be cause of new additions. also lots of the elite babes are still active glamour models and will have time away from elite as a result to do their glamour work or theyll be off on holiday like fernanda has been and elite will need babes that can cover

i agree, Rammy. Elite also have 4 channels to fill and there are several occasions throughout the night when one or two babes will appear on several channels at once, so there are plenty of slots if needed.

they desperately need to update the current girls section of the website. they've got way too many babes now, time to get rid of some of the deadwood. and the girls who no longer appear!

Elite has 4 channels on Sky and are only probably trying get it so that there's a different girl on each channel plus doing something that BS can't do and that's give all the girls as equal amount of airtime as possible.

If you have just increased your work force by 3 and possibly 4 new girls (Camilla) and you have not let any existing girls go and you still have the same number of channels/air time available that you did before increasing the work force then the existing girls are bound to be on screen less than they were before the 3 new girls were set on , the new girls are bound to be replacing some shifts/air time of existing girls , unless of course Elite start copying Cellcast and do more sections with 2 or 3 girls on screen together .
Fair enough Rammy some existing girls are active glamour models and go on holiday etc , but before the new arrivals these shifts would have been covered by the existing Elite girls getting more shifts , it doesn't matter what way you look at it employing more girls and not getting rid of existing girls (yet) will result in some girls being on screen less than they would have been if the new girls hadn't arrived .
I think new arrivals is a good thing to be honest , it could make the existing girls up their game in order to keep their shifts .
