It could have worked for rlc, the much reduced operations cots meant that shows from some girls made far more money but the problem they had was that when TV finished 80% of the girls decided to stay on TV at bs or 66 15% decided it was a good time to retire from the babeshows leaving them with only 5% of the girls people who watched the TV show knew,
The few ex TV girls they had did well for them but the new ones they got in mostly didn't, they found it hard to recruit from other babeshow as a lot of girls still want to be on TV and don't want to be just on the web, TV still has that glamour about it, let's girls doing it feel a level above cam girls etc,
I forget the exact figure but it was something like by the end of there time in Bristol 90% of the profits when being made from a couple of the ex TV girls most of the newbies they signed at best covered there costs may be make a very small profit but some always lost rlc money but they had to keep booking them so they had a live show,
So the only way I see 66 doing well web only is if they keep most of there girls which is unlikely as most want the tv time,
I personally feel they need at least one TV channel to keep the girls happy and there profile high to make money,

Yeah maybe S66 will be closed down the way it is going , my only hope is they have a replacement channel for it if not we will be down to 2 channels and the end could be coming.

Like i said before if they get rid of any more of the babe channels it will be the end of the babeshows which is why i think they are still holding on to S66.

On the league thing i done on the Babeshow General Chat i can't believe i am saying this but i think S66 is now at the same level as XP now they don't get naked and they don't do nothing i see them both now as joint a League 1 standard.

I was hoping it was OFCOM that was stopping them from getting naked but it's looks like their problems lie far far deeper.

Why would they need a pretext? If they thought web only was the way to go there's nothing to stop them doing it anyway.

Is there any chance of them getting a license like they had years ago ? Wasn't it a Dutch license or something like that ? Or would that cost a lot more ?

I don't think S66 has ever had a Dutch licence, or any other licence than a Ofcom licence.
They would not be able to get a Dutch licence in any case, because non of their business operations are based in that country .

Brexit is also a factor as well, there's some discussions here concerning BS being able to broadcast using their Dutch licence after Brexit
