On Lola's thread RD has accused 66 of apathy in the running of their night shows. I'd agree that most often things look that way but, as TheProf has already hinted, I'd say Lola's depature, and debut for the opposition that same night, actually made a palpable mark on 66's late shows.

In fact I'd go further and say that all of the 66 night crew seemed very switched on, active and attentive to what they were about for once last night. There was a definite sense of urgency from those onscreen and a much welcome focus on good camera positioning and tolerance to somewhat stronger visual content, than is the norm, throughout. This would seem likely to be an effort of combative desire from those left behind to compete with the defection of Lola. The other side was not to be allowed to dominate all attention.

This is what proper competition will inspire in this industry. That it took something as internal as this to provoke such a visible reaction from these people is actually quite damning in itself though. Unfortunately, it could be drawn from last night that these things are only deemed necessary on occasions when they need viewers eyeballs more that they do normally.

But, at its simplest, we can say if it can be like this once it can be the same always; Caty and Anna put on the sort of sessions yesterday that are a template for what babeshows in 2018 should look like EVERY night.

to me 66 on nights is a ship with out a rudder, its just drifting along with out any thought to what will be happening in a months time let alone 6 months,
its no surprise Lola left as shes a smart girl who wants to look after her career and become a bigger star and make more money and bs is a far better bet for that,
this shortsightedness is costing them look at all the girls they have let go in the spring and how desperate they need them now on nights,
now its try and get day girls on nights this is short term fix as most will not become night girls as they have lots going on away form 66 and dont want to be losing 2 days from the week every time they do a night, add that the frill of seeing a day girl on nights well pass unless they do full night shows and soon they will be back to needing girls who will get them more minuets,
do i see them thinking lets get some of the young girls who are doing well on the web shows bringing them to tv and growing them into 66 girls but maybe not seeing the rewards in mins until later in the year but then good mins for then on or more likely try and sign a Priya for a short term gain,
until this mindset changes and they start planing for the future they will only continue to get less callers, sad to see really when u think where they used to be

Never mind losing the superb Lola, the important thing is S66 still have their magazine (with their associated wannabe launch parties)

If they keep producing shows like Catys last weekend they will get more credit for it in future. For once you could actually see a babe close up for a prolonged period.

I'm sick of seeing Ella on every night though.

There was no launch party for the last issue and may not be any for future issues either.
