chilly your really starting to piss me off!!!!!! I change my outfits and work hard because thats what im paid to do, not because i want a new contract...If elite wanted to sack me they do NOT need to wait till April to get rid of me..... they can terminate it at any point, just the same as i can leave at any point!!! I dont choose what i do each shift either its up to the producer i just do what im told..... cause thats what im being paid to do!!

Join the ever increasing cue. You just have to learn to take him with huge bucket full of salt. As he seems to get off on antagonizing people, (Especially babes that work for the channels). If you bite back, he likes it even more then, because he then knows he's got to you.

Best to do what the rest of us do. Just have a laugh, and pretend he's not here. (Practically impossible, but I'm trying).

If he gets to you, then thats because your weak mentally (thats not a dig its a fact) just laugh it off praise him when hes funny and it all works.

oh and sophias been her usual high quality self, guess she has different production staff then the others as she puts on a decent show, only her and paige lately who have (with caty it comes as standard)
