SCREEN CAPS ON BABEWORLD

Hi to download screen caps I write click then click on print and then highlight send to One Note 2007 When I open the screen I get the logo blank screen and nothing else Would some one please tell me how I should be doing it I have also tried on this laptop Print Screen button no joy
