Studio 66/Elite TV - Phone & Credit Card Issues/Questions

Anyone having trouble with the phone numbers given for credit card payment?

I've been trying to get through to Sammie but it doesn't matter which number I try, whether to talk direct or eavesdrop, it always goes through to Vikki

Same today - day shift and after 10 p.m.

Even when there was supposedly a separate credit card number for 911 and 965 , they both went through to 965 and when the 965 girl was on a break and 911 was being shown on 965 it went to an "off-screen" girl rather than 911.

Now, this may be a cunning plan to make us cheapskates pay the market rate to talk to the "A" team girls but I notice from a post in Sammie's thread that she ended up with a fair bit of "dead" time today, looking bored with no callers and that seems really counter productive.

yep, I've had exactly the same problem again - it doesn't matter what time of day I ring, it only ever goes through to 965. Luckily Sammie was on ch965 on Saturday so I had a good chat with her.

However, I was trying her today when she was clearly free so Elite have missed a full 20-min chat from me today - and not for the first time

have emailed Elite's technical team (well, at least I've sent an email to the address given) but haven't heard a peep.

Hi, not sure if this is covered anywhere else but has anyone had issues connecting to the service when they have bought card minutes? ive previously used my minutes fine by dialling through etc etc but last night and tonight ive tried to get through and it states initially that the girl has another caller (which she clearly doesnt) then pressed 1 to listen until connected, silence, then 'we are now connecting you blah blah' silence again, then the same message and silence, both times have amounted to me losing £6.00 and my minutes are now zero, i have emailed rampant.tv using the support email they say to contact but as yet no response (i emailed yesterday) to be honest i very much doubt they will respond and if they do i reckon im pissing in the wind trying to get refunded in which case i wont be using that service again, just wasnt sure if it was just me that had the issue? i have used 2 different phones so not that

According to the TV graphics the number for UK credit and debit cards is 0844 448 8007

I was just wondering if you have to give your credit card number in order to get a pin so that you can call in using a mobile phone. Has anyone from Ireland called in recently. Sorry if this thread in in the wrong area, im new to this forum. If it is it can be deleted

Is it normal to start to receive texts giving off screen ladies details after you send in a message to TV 65500 and to get charged for same even though you didn't request it but simply sent in a text to one of the girls on screen
