freesat-sky card for pc.

can any of you guys recommend a free-sat or sky card for my pc.
i can use pci or pci-e 4-16, price range 20-60 gbp
1 thing i would like is to be able to receive subscription channels but its not mandatory.

just found out only certain dvb cards will let you record from skyboxes, and freeview. due to extra signaling the corrupts the saved files.

any recomendations on which to use. dvb-t or dvb-s
