Ofcom has fined Square 1 Management Ltd £17,500 for breaches of Ofcom's Broadcasting Code in respect of its service Smile TV (now operating as Blue Kiss TV).

Or am I mistaken about Blue Kiss being a Cellcast operation?

What did they say about the Big Deal on Babestation then?

Proving that profit is the real guide to health of a company. Cellcast made a pre-tax profit of just 180,000 pounds on 16m revenue end of 2008. That is not good.

When it first started up on Ch 37 they ran one of their little promo graphics saying: 'Check out a new show on Ch 37 10pm to 5am every day retune ur box now'. The presenters also mentioned it briefly on air but as far as I can recall made no mention of the show's nature. Apparantly some older freeview boxes still have Big Deal on Ch 37 as well as Ch 32 and have Party Girls on Ch 801 and 802. That is where the confusion came about Babestation advertising Ch 37, they were actually advertising Party Girls not the Big Deal which actually has nothing to do with Cellcast.

No. The promo clearly said 10pm to 5am. Party Girls has never started earlier than 12am on Freeview. In any case, if you read what I posted, you will note that I said 'When it first started up on Ch 37' - i.e. long before Party Girls was introduced.

Besides, all my Freeview equipment is kept scanned up to date (the channel numbers displayed have nothing to do with the age of the box).
