I think it's a little late for her to get 'better' to be honest she has been doing this long enough. She has her style which is perhaps more relaxed and confident these days but it is essentially the same. When she turns up you can usually tell if she is up for it or not and you then get the big tease build up which you either like or not. If you have been watching for a while you will know that a 'no show' is pretty common. Danica gets away with it for whatever reason and now she is doing more work outside of Elite this is likely to continue. We badgered Elite for a schedule but schedules and Danica are anathema. She can handle the calls alright but if they bore her or piss her off I think she just turns off.

Watch her when you can while you can and take the schedule with a pinch of salt mate.

At least she gives an update....as for responding to messages, perhaps she does, just chooses who she responds to & when. Do you call her, does she know you well enough for her to want to reply to your messages? Besides that, would you respond to a few hundred messages a month.....probably all asking very much the same things..... I doubt it. Don't take this personally, but just think how Danica might feel, afterall she does have a life away from Elite & one that she would like to keep seperate I expect.
