Contract phone?

hey, just got an 02 simpilcity sim, and was wondering, could i call the channels without it appearing on my monthly bill??

One of the girls was explaining last night that if you pay by credit card, it just gets recorded as "telebilling" on your credit card statement, not on your phone bill.
