FFS access to the member's website is fucked up yet again.........

...yet despite it requiring subscription to access the members' section of the site nobody at Elite has had the fuckin' courtesy after 48 hours of problems to inform their subscribers about what's going on....

^^^^That makes three of us as I've tried logging in for the past 15mins and all I get is the f?cking 401-unauthorized bullsh$t

ive sent about 5 emails since it started on tuesday or wednesday i think it was and have not even had a reply to say they had received them let alone an explanation or an apology

Thank goodness I'm not the only one, probably should've come here before I tried logging into my online banking for 30 minutes.

does anyone have a phone number to contact the tech team because although it says on the contact page for problems logging on email them they just dont answer

The website seems to be working again now as just been able to log in.

Right, where to begin.

I have been contacted by Alan, who by the way is in the Phillipines on holliday and is trying his best to fix it remotely from there.

What the problem is exactly is the hard drive space on the server has maxed out. So the log file for the members could not be updated. This was due to extra large files for the Hall of Fame being added to the server. So Alan has removed some of the Hall of Fame files to free up space.

Alan gets back from holliday on Sunday, so early next week all this should be sorted. As for the Hall of Fame, it is highly probable that it will have to be moved to it's own server, as it's taking up the majority of the space on the server.

It looks like it's been a victim of it's own success.

I hope that clears a few points up for you.

Don't fully understand the technicalities, but the principal is probably the same, I was earlier downloading from Elite stream & the software programme shut down 'cos it had used the last bit of space on my hard drive.

It's difficult to understand as earlier I posted Sophia Lares video 1 3/4 hours long using about 900MB, but also this morning downloaded 15 minute video from xxXpanded TV that took up nearly 4GB of space on my harddrive..
