By the way BS as a roofing contractor perhaps you need a roof inspection to determine if the roof is sound but I am only available when the twins are being photogtaphed or Tammy or Stevie.

It's ok, there's quite a bit of roof left between the rail and the edge, they'd be fine! I don't think we need a roof inspector unfortunately, we've had the roof done up a bit since that shoot, they must've inspected it!

Private buildings don't count. To be public nudity there has to be a public vantage point, which usually means a public highway.

My first thought was that it could still count as indecency. That's just based on the stories I've read about nudists getting in bother with police after neighbours complained.

A bit of googling shows that you're probably ok though. Its fine as long as the nudity isn't intended as a form of harassment or intended to alarm and distress people.

Edit: But if babestation himself is actually starkers on the roof, that would be cause for alarm and distress.
