I am not having a go at anyone just frustrated that what you see at the start of a show is what you get through out, if things do change I think it makes the show more interesting, some of the ladies don't seem to bothered about that tho And every suggestion is just dismissed as not possible or us just being awkward.

I was a bit disappointed in RLC last night , all three girls were good and put on top notch performances , but RLC was let down by only having three girls on , so there was no possibility of any 2-4-1's and at times just two girls were on screen live with duplicate feeds being shown when the girls were on a break . i was hoping when Jemma Jey was added to the list that she was a addition to the line up and not a replacement , sadly this wasn't the case and Lucy Summers was not on . The original RLC line up for last night only had three girls listed , so it was not the fact Lucy didn't show up that was the reason why four girls were not used , RLC was always only going to use just three girls last night . Surly if ever there was a case for having four girls on to spice things up a bit more it was last night , with today being a bank holiday and most people not having to get up early for work last night must have been a night when call volumes must have been quite high , so it would IMO be a good night to utilise all your channels by having different girls on at all times instead of duplicate feeds at certain times .
Only three girls are on the schedule again to night as well , so it looks like duplicate feeds will be shown again tonight at times and no chance of any 2-4-1 again .

It's not a case of girls who get along. It's a case of styles, shapes and sizes not matching.

Anyway, the 4th girl is not something introduced for EVERY night, some nights you'll just have the 3 and some nights you'll have 4. Some nights only 3 are available, some nights we can get 4 in.

As for outfits, it's entirely up to the girl. Most of the time a night show leaves you wearing nothing but kinckers anyway, so there really is no "outfit" to change is there?

Hi mellie, always nice to get your views, when I said about different outfits it helps to create a different theme as opposed to just seeing the same thing all night. Peace

Yes i am guessing the RLC studios being in Bristol must play its part in RLC only managing at times to get 3 girls in , like you say "some nights only 3 are available" . I've seen quite a few of the girls that have recently left RLC have said the reason they left was due to all the long distance traveling involved in getting to the RLC studios , so they joined channels much nearer to London , at least 1girl that works for RLC and also does the "Babeworld" web shows has also said the traveling to the RLC studios is a nightmare because of the many hours of traveling , so she doesn't do many shifts for RLC . I'm sure RLC would be able to put out a full night time roster of girls EVERY night if they were London based . Maybe RLC could use a second studio to transmit from nearer London ? , that way it would be much more convenient for the London based girls to get to work and the girls that live nearer to Bristol could use the RLC studios .
Bangbabes before they got "Ofcomed" used to at times (when Michelle Thorn was on BB ) transmit from both the Bristol RLC studios and the Bangmedia studios and it used to work well . Maybe RLC should look to do the same .

as for girls leaving 1 girl has left due to distance
any other girl that no longer works at rlc is our decision

Everytime I see Dionne Mendez on screen on a nightshow I am just captivated by her. She puts on a great performance time and time again

My comments were made bearing in mind what some of the girls have said concerning the travel issues they have had while they worked for RLC and the remark Mellie made about some nights only 3 girls are available to work for RLC .
It wasn't regarded has a "ridiculous" thing to do when Bangbabes used to do it for Michelle's Bangbabes shows , it was said to be a good and convenient thing to do , as she had less traveling to do . Cellcast used to use 2 different studios as well for their shows , although both were based in London i believe .
As for only 1 girl leaving because of travelling issues , quite a few more on this forum and elsewhere have said the travelling IS why they have left RLC , obviously you know more than i do , so the girls must have been untruthful about why they left to cover up for them being "let go" by RLC .

what you got to remember mate is a girl is not going to say she was getting low mins and was let go as this my put off future employers, much easier to say it was her who left due to traveling issues

Agreed , but some of them seem to be so sincere in what they say , so it's hard not to believe what they say is not always the whole truth , especially if you are a fan of the girls in question .
