Did Tiffany get reported that time (this is a few weeks ago now) she turned to the camera and pulled her knickers to one side in order to 'flash the gash'? Mariah did the exact same thing last week, so it'll be interesting to see if that also gets reported. Certainly makes you wonder about who's really complaining to Ofcom about Elite TV on a regular basis.

I in no way want anyone to complain about Babestation, or for them to be under the eye of Ofcom, but the above members are right in that Babestation currently is the only channel that shows vagina. They do the on the back, legs open position and the women are allowed to grind as well. Everyone knows this, and there are countless caps and videos and comments about these nice shows, so my own comments shouldn't be considered revealing.

This is another place where issues will arise, because if someone from Elite is being complained against, or someone from any other channel, they could go to Ofcom and make a complaint against Babestation because of what they are allowed to show. That could result in a tamer Babestation, and even more frustration amongst us. This seems to happen with all of the channels, and how they complain against one another. The legit complaints shouldn't matter anyway, as a normal body part is not offensive, and as these channels have a watershed and even a way to lock them. It's obvious Ofcom is just trying to have another way to rip people off, by censoring a female body part, yet allowing uncensored penises to be shown on the regular channels. Even on the educational shows, the vaginas are more censored, with only an occasional glimpse of one, yet the male organ is perfectly acceptable. Ofcom is comprised of a very odd bunch.

I too wonder why Babestation never seems to have any/many investigations against it (It should stay that way as well for the good of the channels), so does the Dutch license really hold any weight at all???

When will this censorhip nonsense end?

I love what Bailey has done recently with the webcam, as it gives us a way of seeing more, without it being shown on the TV. Maybe the other channels could do the same, as it would really annoy Ofcom!

I've had my suspicions on BS being the ones behind the complaints about Elitetv and other channels for the last few months.
Even though Elitetv are going through a tame patch at the moment, they're not alone and won't last forever (at least I hope not).
At least Elitetv have been able to do what the other channels couldn't, that is by signing Kelly Bell and getting her to do nights.

thanks for putting your side accross jamie. id rather have a channel like elite that stays within the rules and survives rather than a channel going for it and going bust and agree with you regarding how restricted the babechannels are in 2011. theyre in the ADULT section of the epg, you can block them from being viewed or hide them from the epg using your pin yet ofcom ignore this. Also the babeshow babes cant even swear or talk filth on the mic and that's after 9pm let alone midnight.

also there is double standards too, channel 4 had a series of programmes about painting naked people which showed women full frontal at LUNCHTIME!!!!! 12pm yet they werent jumped on

i too have been thinking its bs behind the complaints as they seem to be the ones who dont really get complaints on them

finally even a tame elite is still usually one of the best shows each night

Never forget how it was only last year that a certain babe channel owner was prepared to use this forum to undermine Elite TV, Club Paradiso and other channels/babes. Makes you wonder.

Agree with Chilly and others.. something fishy is going on when the complaints keep coming long after most of the country has hit the sack. AFAIK most 'complaints' used to be related to either day shows or early night time, and typically it used to be that shows would liven up post midnight when the prudes and haters were no longer watching like hawks. In fact I think Bang Babes went down mainly due to the day girls constantly going too far, rather than any of the jaw dropping shenanigans that were going on during the night.

But here we are.. complaints now seemingly being made about the slightest possible infringement at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. By who?

All that aside though, Tame shows aren't the biggest issue with Elite imo. The problem is it's just all too samey with the same girls doing the same thing in the same outfit on the same set etc. Variety in the outfits, themes, alternate the sets and lighting, more dynamic performances. That's what I feel Elite needs most at the moment.

To be fair, it's 3 channels, since the freeview channel is just a repeat of one of the sky channels, so the ratio isn't quite so bad especially when you add the day girls doing guest appearances. The problem is that not all the girls will be available consistently because of illness/holidays/etc, so it starts to get a bit lean when you take that into account.
An extra 1 or 2 would be good, but they would have to be the 'right' 1 or 2, preferably experienced in the business, consistent and energetic performers, to light a bit of a fire under the regulars. Lolly B would have been a great addition for all the right reasons, but it didn't happen. Finding other such girls who are available for work is not so easy I'm sure.

I worked nights for 8 years, 5, 6, occasionally 7 nights a week, and I didn't get the breaks the girls get during the night! I understand what you're saying, but it isn't really an excuse, this is the job, this is what they are being paid for, get on with it, and as others have said, there is a whole production team there who should be pushing them.
Wish I could have said to my boss, hey Guv, I've been doing 5 nights a week for a couple years, I'm running out of inspiration for the job, can I get a couple months off
And it really isn't that difficult, the likes of Sophia manage to change costumes on every break to spice things up, not much effort required for that.

If the Ofcunts are allowed to constantly keep importing arbitrary censorship rules on these channels alone and they all just accept it, then it's never going to stop happening. They should be pushing the boundries, strongly contesting every petty 'breach' and making a big fuss against the biased and draconian censorship. There are countless examples of the rules not being applied evenly to all sky channels and quite a few of the rules are clearly subjective, babechannel lawyers should be all over that

Well first of all it was great of Jamie to come on this forum and give us a bit of honesty into the ongoing situation with Ofcom, however what I fail to see is why are Elite and also others not willing to take Ofcom head on and stop this censorship nonsense for once and all. I've said it before that Ofcom don't like porn and most certainly don't like any of the babe channels either, they are relentless, they will never stop their prejudice's any of one of them and regardless of what any of the channels do or don't do they'll still find a reason to pick on them, every single channel including Cellcast's are like sitting ducks at the moment and Ofcom can and will revoke their licence's or close the lot of them down without a moments notice. Elite should lead the way and address this issue with urgency instead of simply trying to tone down the show because in the long term that could prove to be costly. All channels including Elite need to get together, put all differences one side and tackle the issue head on. This country has proven last century against all the odd's that fascist regimes and styles of Government can be defeated, Elite and all the babe channels need to show this spirit and channel the same energy that won us 2 World Wars or face the consequences, Ofcom are getting stronger by the day and need to be put to rest for once and for all and also for the good of this countries Democracy. This is Great Britain, not Fascist nor Nazi Britain. I urge this stand to be taken.
