Clattenburg is a shockingly poor referee. Not just because of the Rooney thing. He has a cock-up list the length of my arm(including, some terrible decisions which benefited Liverpool). However, he will continue to get the high profile matches, like Coward Webb does, because the FA or Premier League (whoever appoints these tools) have their heads up their arses and are too busy charging players for goofing on Twitter (Babel) to be reprimanding their own employees for poor on-field conduct.

Speaking of twitter, rookie ref Mark Brown was banned for slagging off Liverpool on his twitter account. He's a championship ref and his highest profile match to date has been Ipswich v Doncaster....i'd be very surprised if he betters that now The link for the report of this is below.

managers should be allowed to question the ref's decisions but their integrity (some refs no integrity). clattenburg received a life for some dodgey off field dealings but overturned it on appeal. this man has poor judgement skills and should be allowed to ref at the highest levels.
