I see West Ham's board made the statement saying he'll be kept as manager. This obviously means he'll be jobless in about 2 weeks time

West Ham don't seem to have found anyone they think is a viable alternative other than Martin O'Neill who doesn't now want the job, so sticking with Avram Grant seems to be one of the few options they had.

West Ham win the battle for the Olympic Stadium. I always thought they would be preferred over Tottenham.

Tottenham had no chance in getting it especially with wanting to get rid of the running track and wanting to knock down the current stadium and rebuild it into a football stadium, tottenham were never gonna get it.
