I'm sorry, but that's a bit disrespectful to those that spend a lot of time a effort to produce caps and vids.

And the output quality of a screen capture, is purely down to the software used, and the speed of the machine. Not the process.

Yes, I agree, you can get better results with a direct stream capture. But even I have trouble viewing some FLV's. And I have, VLC player & Media Player Classic, together with all the most up to date codecs.

So rather than bashing other peoples hard work, you might try thanking them once in a while.
