Yes they are getting rather large and they weren't exactly small in the first place! As for the piercing, you've probably noticed my nipples have become larger too I had to change the bar for a bigger one a few weeks ago as a result, but it's not uncomfortable! I'll only have to remove it when I breastfeed, other than that it's staying put!
