Hello and welcome,
Sugar can get nude on Sex Station because the net does not have to operate to the same rules that TV stations broadcasting to the UK do. And, as far as I know, Sugar only does Babestation on the TV - if I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
Can't help you with the last part - though I am intrigued to know how you can access the forum without the net?!!!
