RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
Do not pay the fine, ofcom have no right or justification for fining bangbabes media, this is nothing short of bullying, ofcom should be fined not bangbabes media, I urge this channel to take this fine to the highest court in all of europe, ofcom should be put on trial for abusing power, I urge the new govenment to end ofcoms tenure with immediate effect for the sake of democracy.

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
Bangmedia need to grow some balls and tell Ofcom to go and fuck themselves coz if Bangbabes got any tamer they might as well sign their resignation from the industry. If you have kids, use the thing on Sky called "Parental Control" and be more responsible.

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
Arron your comment about ofcom being quite reasonable and takes action when required is the most baffling statement I have ever heard how can you even justify that comment unless you work for them. Fuck ofcom they are fuckin rats.

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
Ofcom talks about "serious and/or repeated breaches" after 25 November 2009 and the Statement of Direction on 12 March 2010.
This gives the impression that Bang Babes was found in breach on 25 November and continued blatantly ignoring the finding.
Going back to November, looking at Broadcast Bulletins 145 to 158, Bang Babes have been mentioned on 8 Feb (#151 re 20/21/22 June 2009), 22 Feb (#152 re 30/31 Oct, 7, 13/14 Nov 2009), 8 March (#153 re 7, 13, 24, 25 Nov 2009), 10 March (#157 re 16, 17 Jan 2010) and now 24 March (#158 re 25, 27 Jan, 10 Feb 2010). It issued a Notice of Direction on 12 March 2010, published on the 22nd (#154).
Trouble is the findings against Bang Babes were only decided from February 2010 onwards - a channel cannot ignore a decision before it has been reached because the decision did not exist. OK, they may have been warned by Ofcom closer to the broadcast time, but a warning is not a decision - until then it is just an opinion and the law cannot be retrospectively changed.
To accuse of Bang Babes of "repeated breaches" assumes they were aware that the material was in breach at the time and that a definitive ruling had established the boundaries. If they could reasonably claim uncertainty then accusing Bange Babes of "repeated breaches" is abuse of process and leaves Ofcom wide open to legal action. First step write to their Corporate Solicitor and put them on notice. Second step write to all Ofcom's Directors warning them that Ofcom is knowingly acting against legal advice and they risk being personally surcharged for all legal fees incurred.
Gone fishing

RE: Serious Ofcom warning for Bang Media
Its certain something fishy is going on as ofcom will turn a blind eye to babestation, sportxxx and elite but seem to continiously hammer bangbabes with fines. Maybe the other channels have done some sort of deal with ofcom to avoid punishment or maybe its just a case that ofcom know that bangbabes are a pushover. Bullies will always prey on the weak, the whole thing is highly suspicious and ofcom need to be investigated into handing out illegal fines that hold no water. I'm still hopeful that the new government will kick the bastards out soon and exercise the ghosts of the last govenment. Ofcom have got new labour written all over them.
