Hi Rammy, not being picky, but re our exchanges of a couple days ago, ELITE website shows Alice & Steph live on air now + an omission from your list of newbies....Hannah Prentice on Breakfast Club; all ELITE channels live as we speak so assume blonde girl on CH965 is Hannah working an extended shift????

Footnote to the above re my post on Danica thread recently as to why, with 5 girls rostered, Danica' World ran for 3 hours on all 3 channels, however much you want to watch Danica you can only watch 1 channel at a time, maybe someone is paying attention to forum comments, as at this moment all 3 channels live with different girls & ALL 3 webstreams on line.

elite has had that many new girls on days its tricky remembering them all hannah does also need adding to the list. does annoy me when they do only have 1 girl on all 3 channels.

Well, if they have 3 babe's on the roster for a day shift, and they each do 40min sessions, and have a 20min break, you can only cover 2 channels at most with that system. To have all 3 channels running, you'll need a minimum of 4 babes on the roster at any one time.

elite do have enough day babes to have 4 on one day. bit baffling why they dont

pretty much economics. even B.S. only run 1-2 girls per shift on the bs1 and 2 channels, day shows just don't bring in as much revenue. to make it viable to run with 4 girls.

I don't think it's the fact that do they have enough babes to cover a 3 channel system. I think it's, can they justify the expense of having all 3 channels running, with the amount of calls coming in!

I mean, if during the day the call ratio is not enough to keep 3 babes occupied all the time, then it's not going to be financially viable to have all 3 channels running with different babes.

I dare say as the new channel establishes itself better, it may become viable.

But at present it's economics 101, run with what makes a profit.

ADDITION : Seams like Hexit and I both came up with the explanation at the same time.

All very valid comments but look at BS days 2 shows,1 or 2 girls at any given time, but BS nights, 4 shows,6-9 girls, possibly staggered starts; The Pad, 4 shows, 1-4 girls, Bang Babes, 3 shows,4 girls assuming start with 4 before CH901 encryption at 10:00 pm.
Enigma is Elite, having aquired CH914 recently,not much expansion in show output, Elite days, 3 shows, 1 or 2 girls, today 3, for some of the day, Elite nights 3 shows, 3-5 girls ,but on economic issues I repeat
my query about Danica's world on 3 hours with 4 other girls waiting; if you've got SKY you can watch all channels, so if you're not a Danica fan & want to talk to Caty or Sophia etc you have to wait 'til after midnight, which seems to defeat the object in night shows attracting more customers.
Finally on a topical issue, Bluebird TV "poaching" Elite girls, LEXI ex CH960 as replacement on nights......check out LEXI on TVX now, a real babe definitely worth poaching, get in there quick Jamie!!!!!

You're spot on there, shows how much attention I pay to day shows, Elite have updated their schedule & seems that "Hannah" was in fact Rachel!!!.......Hannah is on Breakfast Club tomorrow with MILLY???.....your list has now grown to 14.
Seems Jamie is recruiting faster from job centre than this forum can keep up with, compensating for "poachers" + CH914 now live presumably; that said re posts about staffing economics very few yet appeared on nights, only 3 out of 14.

think elite's next signing is reede fox from bs. caty cole posted a comment on reede's fb below reede's status update saying tonight was her final night on bs and caty's comment said "see you soon sexy lady"

im taking that to meen reede will be an elite babe
