Sad news that Hollywood great Robert Duvall has died aged 95

Known for the godfather and Apocalypse now but was a 7 time oscar nominee

A good age, but always sad to lose a legend. R.I.P.

^ Famous for acting in well over 100 film performances. For The Godfather to the film version of Mash where he played Frank Burns.

A tremendous and yet also under-rated American legend. RIP

His performance as the retiring cop in Falling Down was excellent. Love that film. A legend of cinema.

I think he was also Boo Radley in Too Kill a Mockingbird.

Sad to lose Gene Hackman and Robert Duvall in the same year. Two legends.

Remember him in The Lonesome Dove western mini series as good as any film.
