I woke with my alarm at 2am, and then couldn't get back to sleep

Luckily I only have 1 manual clock. The rest update by magic or something.

Every time we have to put the clock back I try to have an earlier night, to get the "benefit" of the extra hour. Then I wake up too early and even if do manage to get back to sleep, maybe for a few hours, I wake up again and feel like shit with a pounding headache.

The only "saving grace" is that the single clock I have to manually change is the one on my office wall. After I've already been forced to work too early.
