Machado won the NPP on the basis of promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela.

Trump is the ultimate disrespector of democracy both home and abroad in every shape and form.
To award him the NPP given so many aspects of his conduct would be really quite appalling.

And yet they seem to be 2 peas from the same pod...

Standard Trump operating procedure.

Blame Biden or the Democrats for as much as possible. If that doesn't work blame the EU.
If that doesn't work blame China.
If that doesn't work blame immigrants.
If that doesn't work blame pretty much anyone that is perceived disloyal to his warped agenda.

Meanwhile take the credit for everything under the sun even when he has nothing to do with it so he can claim the Nobel Peace Prize or some other international honour for which which he is the least worthy candidate in living memory.

But why does Trump have to waffle on when he is giving a speech/press conference and repeats himself (does he ever write anything down so he doesn't repeat himself)?
