11.12 The round-up/highlights (!) of the series. Pending any Christmas special, that'll be that until next Autumn.
Portrait Artist of the Year 2025
12.1 Indeed, back again. Alex Jones must surely have been on before, and Yungblud was a predictable booking. Kyla Harris got the most emotional reaction, though.

3 - the row about the Benin Bronzes, the prospects for palm oil, and mixed fortunes in rivers, but instead of ending on a downer, he returns to Lagos to visit a megachurch where the rapture of thousands blots out the tragedies he leaves behind.

Mostly a thoughtful series, even if his conclusions were somewhat melancholic.
Michael Palin - In Venezuela
1 - He's been off again, seeing the barrios of Caracas, trying a cable car, then heading into the rainforest to see the spectacular El Hacha waterfall, and then the even more spectacular Angel Falls waterfall too.

Douglas Adams - The Man Who Imagined Our Future
Charming tribute to the polymath writer who did so much to open up worlds to people, and sadly died fairly young to miss the good and bad that followed.

The Daily Show w/Jon Stewart
Taking/giving blame along the left/right axis, and then talking to Jill Lepore about her new book on the US constitution.

Unspun World w/John Simpson
The highlight, such as it was, was an overview of "it bring 9 months since Trump became President" even though it kind of isn't quite.

MP - IV
2 - The beautiful coral archipelago of Los Roques, a rum distillery involved in prisoner rehabilitation, helping an anaconda and a caiman/crocodile, visiting the mighty Paco Bolivar by cable car, and also falling foul of the authorities.

Arena presents: I am Martin Parr
Another photographer of the mundane, and still busy at it even having survived cancer. Grayson Perry among the many paying tribute. Parr was seen in action on Blackpool beach, and in his local town during the Coronation. He worked solely in black & white for his first 15 years before switching to colour, and he was very much "point and click" and the results spoke for themselves.

RE: What TV show did you last watch?
There's probably a dedicated thread, where I might have posted in the past, but following on rather, from post 10303 here in August: https://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.p...pid2971809 re: Chloe Ayling, 'Louise' better known here as 'Jasmine James', is in an episode of Dinner Date, which I hadn't seen before.

Episode 9 of series 6: https://www.itv.com/watch/dinner-date/1a...a8783a0165 where she was a prospective date of a not very appealing guy, but there have been worse, Jake, was on ITV2 on Tuesday (31 September) afternoon, then on Wednesday (1 October) morning.

My pre-existing signature had disappeared, when I logged back in for the first time this year?! Yet more confirmation for my having near-enough given up on this place.. *

I'm back in my original seducedx6 account on Twitter('x'), alongside my compadres in 3 the hard way tag team, midriffique_one and airbag_generate.

This post seems to be more pertinent...

*There's a Twitter thread for that...
