One of the best games I've ever seen, maybe overplaying it a bit after being deprived of this great sport since last February. It should come as no surprise with 2 of the greatest quarterbacks to ever grace the game, neither with a Super Bowl win but surely that can't be the case for much longer.
I'll cut this short overwise this would be my longest post on this forum. Let's just say a lot happened. The story was that the Bills trailed from the 2nd quarter deep into the 4th quarter & somehow scored 16 points in under 4 minutes to grab a win that looked out of the question.

Today's NFL fans are blessed with maybe the best bunch of QB's comparable & surpassing other greats in quality & quantity.

This game had so many WTF moments it's hard to recount them all, even the seemingly unstoppable Henry fumbled to make the comeback possible. Just consider that Allen had 250 yards passing in the 4th quarter, that a whole game for normal passers.

It was a pretty bonkers game. The announcers mentioned some fans were leaving when it was 40-25. Even Josh Allen brought it up during a post game interview.
To me, the turning point was that punt that looked to be downed at the one, instead the Ravens' Trenton Simpson glove barely touched the goal line for a touchback. One of those little plays that offered that slight glimmer of hope the Bills needed.

^^ Hi mate hope you've have a good summer. What happened with the Browns game ? Having not watched the game on the surface it looks like your defence kept Burrows quiet for the most part. Two sacks for Myles Garrett bodes well. Both teams had less than 50 yards on the ground which is crazy. The stats suggest a typical Flacco performance, 60% accuracy, plenty of yards, but 2 picks. Turnovers are a game breaker & often offer up decent field position to the opposition. Restricting the Bengals to 141 total offence & not coming away with a win must be frustrating. A one point game when you have a missed extra point shows the fine margins.

I assume that the Browns ride Flacco until the bye week & re-evaluate, if their record suggest that the Playoff are unattainable, they must surely pivot to Gabriel who looked a safer bet than Sanders. Watson must be approaching fitness...

Bears 24 - 27 Vikings
After an injury hit first season J J McCarthy finally got his first NFL start & it wasn't going well until the 4th quarter when he threw 2 TD passes & ran for another, 21 unanswered points broke the game open, despite a late Bears TD it was over for them. The officials played their part as the Bears were penalized 12 times for 117 yards which didn't help their cause, some of the calls were diabolical. But the Bears misfired throughout. Caleb Williams is a talent & will have better days, his scrambling ability is impressive, he has a real turn of pace.
Both teams must surely be in a battle for third place in the NFC North, you have to assume that the Lions will improve after a big turnover in coaching staff. The Packers are the real deal.

First Head Coach to get sacked ? Miami Dolphins Mike McDaniel will come under increasing pressure.

Even Burrow said the Bengals stole that one. It was a frustrating outcome. The Browns offense did a great job keeping Burrow on the sidelines. The two picks were off receiver's hands, a short missed field goal late in the 4th. Ugh

The defense played great, but it's a tall order asking them to win games (especially with the a tough next 5 games) Could be a long season

One thing I'm not thrilled about Gabriel is he lacks a big arm. The Browns do have 2 first round pick next season, so there's always hope.

It's either him or the Giants coach Brian Daboll.
The McDaniel Arua faded away early last season, and Tua has regressed

Panther's Coach Dave Canales could be a wild card. The Panthers are an impatient organization

49ers waive kicker Jake Moody who they drafted in the 3rd Round in 2023. It's been quite painful watching his struggle. The signing of veteran Eddy Pineiro should provide more reliability.
